Does a head full of phlegm for the last 2 weeks count as an excuse, or will I have to stick to that old chestnut, congenital laziness?

Considering the almost total lack of response to the last topic, I'm finding it hard to care too much right now...meh.
That said, I'll rack what's left of my brain and come up with something either tonight or sometime tomorrow...I hope.
